THE HISTORY OF BLUE MARBLE E.C.O.

DISABLED COMBAT VETERAN OWNED

Blue Marble ECO is short for Blue Marble Environmental Consulting and Operations, Inc.  It is a Disabled Combat Veteran owned business with community values and a mission focused on creating jobs for military veterans and active Guard and Reserve members.  Founded by Lt. Colonel Craig Triscari (US Army Retired), Blue Marble is heavily committed to using recycling as a means to provide vets not only employment but a sense of mission and continued service.

ABOUT BLUE MARBLE'S FOUNDER

Retired Army Lieutenant Colonel, Craig Triscari, has 25 years of operational and planning experience throughout the world to include operations in South Korea (DMZ), Bosnia, Kuwait, Iraq (Mosul/Baghdad), Panama, Republic of Georgia, Italy (Vicenza), and numerous other countries. One of many notable positions, Craig served as the Chief of Staff and Deputy Chief of Staff of US Army Africa to develop the strategic and operational plans, and structure for the US Army Africa headquarters.

Craig’s dedication in his service has been honored by the Bronze Star and the Order of Saint Maurice.   Additionally he has been awarded over 25 other medals and commendations for achievement and service in the military.  After multiple combat deployments, he welcomes the opportunity to serve in a less dangerous environment and spending more time with his family without constant deployments.  Nonetheless, those harrowing experiences help him relate well with the vets he recruits, trains and hires who share some of those same experiences and values.

Craig is an accomplished author and lecturer on military tactics and strategies.  In his new, civilian life, he continues his dedication to his community and fellow service men and women by creating jobs from recycling and then hiring and training vets to fill those jobs.  It is his way of continuing service to my country while still looking out for my fellow Soldiers, Sailors, Marines and Airmen.
